Scott B. Cohen Joins Engelman Berger as Partner.
(Phoenix, Arizona) Phoenix-based commercial law firm Engelman Berger announces the addition of Scott B. Cohen as partner. Mr. Cohen brings over 15 years of experience in resolving commercial disputes, reorganizing troubled companies, and enforcing debtor and creditor rights, both in federal and state court. Mr. Cohen joins the already substantial debtor-creditor and bankruptcy practice at Engelman Berger. “We are delighted that Scott joins us with his experience, practical outlook, and great sense of humor,” says Steven Berger, a founding partner.
Mr. Cohen focuses on handling bankruptcy litigation, reorganization, creditors’ rights, lending and financial services, and commercial litigation. Hailing from Lincoln, Nebraska, Scott received his law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law, where he was a member of the Iowa Law Review.
