Experienced Litigator Scott W. Hulbert Joins Engelman Berger
(Phoenix, Arizona) Phoenix-based commercial law firm Engelman Berger announces the addition of experienced litigator Scott W. Hulbert to its team. Mr. Hulbert represents business owners, general contractors, subcontractors, mortgage brokers and lenders, residential and commercial developers, and real estate investors in a variety of actions
before federal, state, and administrative courts and agencies. “Scott adds a wealth of litigation and environmental experience to our team and we’re excited to have him on board,” says founding partner Steven Berger. Scott’s focus is on reaching creative business solutions for clients faced with challenging commercial, construction, and environmental litigation matters. Mr. Hulbert is a member of the Arizona State Bar Association, the Maricopa Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel. Mr. Hulbert is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Arizona. He has also represented clients before state and federal agencies, including the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
Scott received his Juris Doctor degree from the Vermont Law School in 2002, one of the top environmental law schools in the United States. Scott earned his Master of Public Administration and a certificate in Environmental Law and Policy from the University of Colorado in 2000. Mr. Hulbert’s undergraduate degree is in Political Science from
Transylvania University, where he was an All-American on the swim team. Scott is also the Chair of Theater Works’ Board of Directors.
