Engelman Berger Attorney Bradley D. Pack
Tabbed “VLP Attorney of the Month”
(Phoenix, Arizona) Phoenix-based commercial law firm Engelman Berger announces Bradley D. Pack as "Attorney of the Month" awarded by the Volunteer Lawyers Program for commitment and outstanding advocacy in complex matters. "Bradley has shown a true passion and dedication to the Volunteer Lawyers Program, and the results speak for themselves" says Steven Berger, a founding partner.
Bradley’s VLP client was severely disabled and in danger of losing their house due to alleged fraud of the seller. Brad fought for the client and his family and helped in achieving a settlement that worked out a solution to allow the client an opportunity to keep the home their family has lived in for years. "In my opinion, the practice of law is a privilege, and none of us achieves anything without help. I consider pro bono work a moral obligation. Beyond that, it’s immensely satisfying to give people a fighting chance."
Pack also credits Engelman Berger attorney Lorena Chavez with helping him on this VLP client. Chavez spent many hours translating and preparing the clients for court proceedings. "Without her invaluable assistance, we could not have achieved the results we did," Pack states. .
