Engelman Berger Welcomes Erin Walz
(Phoenix - Arizona). Phoenix-based Engelman Berger, a commercial law firm known for its effectiveness in resolving legal issues for lenders, borrowers, and business owners, welcomes litigation attorney Erin Walz to its team.
Ms. Walz is active in numerous bar and non-profit organizations. Erin is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, which appointed her to the governing body of the Corporate Law Department Section. She is also a member of the Michigan Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association (Young Lawyers and Women Lawyers Sections), Womens Bar Association of Illinois, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the American Bar Association, the National Association for Women Lawyers and Arizona Womens Lawyers Association. Erin is a former member of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association, and former president and treasurer of a Michigan county Bar Association. Erin received her Juris Doctor degree from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University in 1996, and received her B.A. in Political Science and Russian from the University of Michigan in 1991.
Erin is admitted to practice before the Arizona, Illinois and Michigan state and federal courts. In a addition to her trial experience in state and federal courts, she has represented clients before the Illinois Appellate Court, Illinois Supreme Court, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
