Scott B. Cohen Wins Tight Race for Chair-Elect of State Bar Bankruptcy Section.

Engelman Berger's own Scott B. Cohen won a close race for Chair-Elect of the State Bar Bankruptcy Section for 2011. In the first contested election in years, Scott prevailed against a very talented and respected group of attorneys. Cohen states, "The practice of bankruptcy has been very good to me. I am honored to serve our section going forward."

Previously, Scott has served as the President of the Bankruptcy Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association and twice chaired the State Bar Bankruptcy Section Convention.
