Suite Changes at Engelman Berger
(Phoenix, Arizona) Phoenix-based commercial law firm Engelman Berger is moving... three floors. The talented firm known for its effectiveness in resolving legal issues for cities, lenders, borrowers, developers and business owners, is expanding more than 3,500 square feet from its current offices in Suite 1050 to over 9,000 square ft. in Suite 700 at One Columbus Plaza beginning May 1st.
“Our new offices will be noticeably bigger,” states partner, Steven N. Berger. “We’re a growing firm and need more resources and space to best serve our clients,” Berger adds. The firm’s new offices were designed with extra conference rooms, larger office spaces, better technology and a modern theme. Suite 700 will be painted in copper, olive and carmel colors and adorned with new art in warm and metallic tones which reflect the desire to create a comfortable environment for their clients. The need for more space for this growing company is logical after the recent addition of attorneys and the projected growth from a stream of new business.
“We intend to be a presence in the Valley for years to come and we needed to set ourselves up to do business on a larger scale,” states David Wm. Engelman. The midtown Phoenix law firm currently works for national and local clientele, including; Wells Fargo Bank, Big 2 Toyota, The Londen Companies, and numerous cities in the Valley of the Sun. The firm was honored for its pro bono work by the Volunteer Lawyers Program in 2003.
