Bradley D. Pack joins Engelman Berger after completing a clerkship for the Arizona Court of Appeals, Hon. Susan A. Ehrlich. In 2005, Bradley graduated from the University of Arizona Rogers College of Law, summa cum laude. Bradley received his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University, having majored in Labor Studies and Industrial Relations, and minored in Economics. He was recognized in Phi Beta Kappa and the Golden Key National Honor Society for his excellent performance.
While at U of A, Bradley was a member of the National Moot Court competition team, received awards for excellent written and oral advocacy skills, and served as Research Editor for the Arizona Law Review. Bradley also published the article FOIA Frustration, 46 Ariz. L. Rev. 815 (2004) and was a Member of Order of the Coif. He took 1st Place in the Richard Grand Legal Writing Competition and was a finalist in the Richard Grand Damages Competition. In addition, Bradley tutored 1st year law students in torts and was President of the Jewish Law Students Association. As an undergraduate, Bradley worked on international child labor issues while interning for the American Center for International Labor Solidarity.
Since joining the firm, Bradley has participated in the Volunteer Lawyers Program. He practices with the firm's bankruptcy and litigation partners. In addition to his steady caseload, Bradley is currently doing Pro Bono work for victims of equity fraud and has participated in the Wills for Heroes program, drafting wills for Arizona's firefighters and police officers.
